Wilfred Ho specializes in assisting Asian corporations and private equity funds with legal matters related to international arbitration and commercial litigation. His clients span a wide range of industries, including gaming, media, entertainment, leisure, technology, and energy. With deep knowledge of the Greater China legal environment and business practices, as well as familiarity with the procedural rules of various courts and arbitration institutions, Wilfred provides legal services on complex commercial transactions, intellectual property disputes, shareholder disputes, other corporate law matters, and insolvency-related litigation.

 

Moving forward, Wilfred Ho will be based in Hong Kong.
