Fangda Partners Singapore Office recently announced the arrival of Constance Zhao as its new Partner.

 

Ms. Zhao focuses her practice on cross-border dispute resolution and international arbitration, with industry experience spanning energy, technology, manufacturing, construction engineering and other sectors. She has handled a wide spectrum of disputes arising from international sales of goods, intellectual property, technology licensing, construction projects, investment agreements, shareholder disputes and joint venture disputes.

 

Prior to joining Fangda Partners, she practiced at King & Wood Mallesons’ Singapore office. Following the formal separation of King & Wood and Mallesons, she transferred with the relevant practice to the Singapore office of Mallesons. She previously served at the International Legal Affairs Division of Singapore’s Ministry of Law, and she previously served as a Senior Foreign Legal Consultant at the Beijing office of King & Wood Mallesons.
